Jihad proceeds in three different well defined stages:
1. Stealth Jihad - Where muslims have no power they preach tolerance, peace, and love.
2. Defensive Jihad - Where muslims have nominal power they begin to make cautious violent attacks. Killing those who criticize Islam is called "defense".
3. Offensive Jihad - Where muslims have great power they kill non-muslims, enslave their women, and take their property.
David Wood did a postscript to this video where he described the actual initial stage of Jihad.
He described this initial stage of Jihad as stage ZERO.
Stage ZERO is when people do not have a clue about Jihad.
This includes most new converts and almost everyone who lives in a place where Muslims have no power.

The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding. Muslims who do not join the fight are called 'hypocrites' and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter.
